1. Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label, and
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@uqbatrades.store if:

  • An item is damaged,
  • Defective, or
  • You receive the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right through replacement, refund, or exchange.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.


5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason — without providing justification.
The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
