We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
All orders include free shipping nationwide, with delivery handled by trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, or USPS Express.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–4 business days (Monday to Friday).

2. Order Processing & Transit Times

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM (GMT -08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Transit Time: 5–8 business days (Monday to Friday) via Economy Shipping

We aim to process and ship all orders promptly. If there is any unexpected delay, our team will contact you immediately with an update.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.
This tracking number allows you to monitor the delivery progress directly through the carrier’s website.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.
Ensure that your email address is accurate when placing your order so you receive all shipping notifications successfully.

4. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so any time before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order is processed and shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
Uqbatrades is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.
